HVAC Tune Up Includes:

  • Inspect all electrical connections
  • Clean and check condenser coil
  • Remove debris from the condenser
  • Wipe down all surfaces
  • Inspect fan blade and blower wheel
  • Inspect and test all motors
  • Test capacitors and relays
  • Inspect and test the contactor
  • Perform amperage draw on all motors
  • Test compressor operation and windings
  • Clean and test the drain lines and pan
  • Test heat strip operation
  • Check defrost operation
  • Test all zone damper(s) for proper operation
  • Inspect heat exchanger and flue pipe
  • Inspect ductwork for proper airflow
  • Check the refrigerant charge

Plumbing Inspection Includes:

  • Check drywall for stains
  • Inspect all visible water pipes for leaks
  • Check all toilet hardware, seals and fittings
  • Check plumbing components for signs of leaking, brittleness, or cracks
  • Check pipe insulation for damages
  • Inspect garbage disposal(s)
  • Inspect valves for leakage
  • Inspect and test all sinks and components
  • Inspect and test all tubs/ showers and components
  • Ensure piping penetrations in floors and ceilings are sealed correctly
  • Check that the hose bib(s) are properly secured and not leaking
  • Inspect that the visible area of the drain lines are properly secured and sloped
  • Inspect water heater(s)
  • Perform a water quality test
  • Detailed inspection report via email
