MONTHLY:
- Change your air filters
SPRING:
- Air conditioning maintenance check-in. Have your machine inspected to ensure that nothing is broken or obstructing your machine.
- Run bleach through our A/C unit lines
- Change the filters of your A/C unit
- Purge the TPR valve on your water heater
- Drain any sediment from your hot water tank
- Clean your dryer vent lines with the help of a professional
- Have your air ducts in your home cleaned, if it’s been more than 5 years since your last cleaning. A professional can help do this safely.
- Keep your gutters clean and clear any debris that has built up like fallen leaves
- Clean out the p-traps underneath your sink to prevent clogs from occurring
SUMMER
- Check your showerheads and faucets for leaks and rust. If you see either, it may be time for a replacement.
- Check your dishwasher and laundry machine water connections to make sure they are secure. You do not want any leaks or corroded lines.
- Check your home’s visible piping. Do you see any discolored pipes? That may be a sign of corrosion and the pipes may need to be replaced.

FALL

- Change the filters of your A/C unit
